We are The creative outlet (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operating in the United States.

We operate the website https://www.shopmainstreet.co/ (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Our services

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) registration information is truthful and current; (2) you will maintain accuracy of that information; (3) you have legal capacity and agree to these Legal Terms; (4) you are not under 13; (5) if a minor where you live, you have parental permission; (6) you will not access the Services through unauthorized automated means; (7) you will not use the Services for illegal purposes; and (8) your use will not violate applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if information is untrue or incomplete.

4. User registration

You may need to register to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password and for activity under your account. We may remove or change usernames we deem inappropriate.

We try to display products and listings accurately. We do not warrant that descriptions, colors, specifications, or availability are error-free. Products may be out of stock; we may discontinue offerings. Prices may change.

Taxes may apply. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your payment method for amounts due. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or limit orders.

10. User generated contributions

When you post Contributions, you represent that they do not infringe others’ rights; you have rights and permissions to post them; they are not unlawful, harassing, false, spam, or obscene; they respect privacy and minors; and they comply with these Legal Terms. Breach may result in termination.

11. Contribution license

By posting Contributions, you grant us a license to host, use, copy, display, distribute, and create derivative works as needed to operate the Services, including use of your name and marks you provide, subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your Contributions except for Submissions assigned to us. We may edit, move, or remove Contributions. We are not responsible for statements in user content.

12. Guidelines for reviews

Reviews should reflect firsthand experience, avoid abusive or discriminatory language, avoid illegal activity references, avoid false statements, and avoid coordinated review campaigns. We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion. Reviews are not necessarily our opinions. By posting a review, you grant us a license to use the review content in connection with the Services.

13. Social media

If you link third-party accounts, you represent you may do so without violating those providers’ terms. We may access and store content as described when you connect accounts. Your relationship with third-party providers is governed by their terms. You may disconnect as described in account settings or by contacting us.

Intellectual property disputes, claims seeking injunctive relief, or other matters that applicable law assigns to courts may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction as the law requires.

We are not liable for errors in content, unauthorized access, interruptions, viruses transmitted by third parties, or third-party products or services. Use judgment when interacting with third parties.

25. Limitations of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amount you paid us in the five (5) months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Contributions, your use of the Services, your breach of these Legal Terms, or your violation of others’ rights, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, except as prohibited by law.

We may store data you transmit for operation of the Services. You are responsible for your data. We are not liable for loss or corruption except as required by law.

28. Electronic communications, transactions, and signatures

You consent to electronic communications and agree they satisfy legal writing requirements where applicable. You agree to electronic signatures, records, and delivery of notices and policies through the Services or email.

29. SMS text messaging

31. Miscellaneous
