Procedures for requesting removal of personal information and closure of accounts associated with Main Street and related services operated by The Creative Outlet Corporation, including point-of-sale offerings where applicable.

1. Purpose & scope

This document sets forth the manner in which individuals and authorized representatives may request that The Creative Outlet Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) delete or otherwise cease retaining personal information associated with their use of the Main Street platform and related products and services. Capitalized terms used in our Privacy Policy have the same meaning here unless otherwise stated.

2. Requests submitted by email

Deletion and account-closure requests may be submitted by email to info@shopmainstreet.co. Please use the subject line Account and data deletion request and include the following to allow us to verify and process your request without undue delay:

  • The email address or username associated with the account or data subject to the request;
  • A clear statement that you are requesting closure of your account and deletion of personal information associated with that account;
  • The name of your shop, business, or organization, and any other identifying details reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records.

Processing. Following verification of the requester’s identity (and authority, if the request is made on behalf of another person), the Company will delete or securely remove personal information in its possession or control, and will truncate, anonymize, or eliminate residual records where systems and technical design permit. Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law (including, without limitation, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security obligations). The Company will respond by email when processing is complete or will provide a written explanation of any information that cannot be deleted and the basis for retention.

3. Requests submitted through POS systems

Users of the Company’s point-of-sale (POS) systems may submit privacy or data-related requests through the designated in-product request mechanism provided within the applicable application or device interface. Such requests will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law. Use of the in-product option is optional; email remains available as set forth in Section 2.
